Working with you and your team for a stronger, supported and healthy workplace

ABOUT MENDIP VALE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Specialist team

We are a team of experienced occupational health qualified primary care Doctors, Occupational Health Nurse Specialists and Managers. We understand the interface between your business needs, the needs of the individual, their health related issues and the impact of this in the workplace.

Needs Assessment

The purpose of a needs assessment is to help the client identify the type of service required to meet the Occupational Health needs of their workplace. The assessment will generate a menu of service options that MVOH can offer, and we will advise where an alternative provider would be better placed to provide the required service.

We ask to arrange a meeting with the key personnel who can help us understand the Hazards and Risks specific to the environment and work undertaken. We also consider the demographics of the workforce and any trends related to health, sickness absence or issues related to workplace exposures. Where necessary MVOH will ask to see relevant policies and procedures in place and ask about existing control measures. We then advise regarding the service level required and associated costs.
